Santa Cruz After Dark collects only the information needed to respond to reservation requests, recruit guides and operate the tour. We do not sell personal information.
What we collect
Reservation requests may include your name, email address, party size, preferred departure and any note you choose to provide. Guide-interest forms may include your name, email address and audition statement. Basic technical logs may include device, browser and request information used to keep the site reliable and secure.
How we use it
We use this information to contact you about tour dates, answer questions, plan capacity, review guide candidates, prevent abuse and improve the experience. We do not use reservation notes for advertising profiles.
Service providers
The site is hosted by Vercel. Form submissions may be delivered to an operator-controlled customer system or automation provider. When paid booking opens, the selected booking and payment provider will publish its own privacy terms. Card information will not be stored by this website.
Retention and requests
We retain reservation and candidate information only as long as needed for the purposes above, normally no longer than 24 months unless law or an active customer relationship requires otherwise. To access or delete your information, reply to any message you receive from Santa Cruz After Dark.
